• Understanding and learning all available technical details of the product,
• Conducting analysis, collecting and reporting data for product development,
• Providing after-sales training abroad,
• Providing remote support to service centres abroad,
• Preparing technical bulletins and procedures in English when necessary,
• Keeping track of spare parts,
• To follow up on warranty

• Education Level: Preferably a graduate in electrical/electronics/mechatronics/mechanical engineering or graduated from mathematics, physics departments
• Language: Speaking and writing English fluently
• Experience: 1-3 years of engineering experience
• Ability to travel international
